Custom Diamond Sourcing

We partner with trusted suppliers to source IGI and GIA-certified diamonds tailored to your preferences — including rare shapes, specific carat weights, and both lab-grown and natural stones. Every diamond is selected for beauty, quality and character, ensuring a piece that feels distinctly your own.

Made-to-Order Craftsmanship

All Clementines jewellery is crafted to order by skilled artisans. Each piece undergoes meticulous stone-setting, finishing and polishing to ensure enduring quality.
Standard production time: approximately 5 weeks.

Jewellery Care & Warranty

Every piece is designed to last a lifetime, supported by our 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Our team is also available to provide guidance on long-term care, cleaning and wear.

Resizing & Adjustments

If you need assistance with ring sizing, we offer guidance before purchase and can advise on resizing options once your piece is completed. For special timeline requests, please contact Client Services and we’ll do our best to prioritise your order.
