2. How long does it take to receive my order?

Every piece at Clementine’s is made to order by skilled jewellers, ensuring exceptional craftsmanship at every stage.
Most designs are completed within 5 weeks, while bespoke and more intricate pieces may take 5–10 weeks.

This timeline reflects the care taken during stone selection, crafting, setting, polishing, and final quality checks.
Luxury takes time, your jewellery is created to be cherished for a lifetime.


3. Are your diamonds real?

Yes. When we describe a diamond, we mean a genuine diamond.

Our engagement rings and bespoke diamond pieces feature certified diamonds (IGI or GIA, depending on whether you choose lab-grown or natural).

If you prefer a natural diamond, we can source one for you through our custom design service.


4. Where are you based?

We are based in the West Midlands, and create jewellery for clients across the UK and internationally.
We currently operate exclusively online, with plans to expand in the future.


5. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer secure, fully tracked shipping both within the UK and worldwide.

For high-value orders, additional insurance can be arranged upon request.

6. How can I find my ring size?

For the most accurate sizing, we recommend visiting a local jeweller to have your finger professionally measured.

If that’s not possible, you may send us a ring that fits you perfectly, and we will measure it and return it with your order.

7. Can I customise a design on your website?

Yes. Many of our pieces can be customised in terms of diamond size, metal choice, or subtle design adjustments.

8. What is your returns and exchange policy?

Because each piece is handcrafted to order and made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

However, we take great pride in our craftsmanship. If you have any concerns once your jewellery arrives, please contact us — your satisfaction and confidence in your piece are incredibly important to us.


9. Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. All Clementine’s jewellery comes with a 12-month craftsmanship warranty, covering manufacturing defects.

This does not cover loss, wear and tear, or accidental damage.
For complete protection, we recommend adding your jewellery to your home or personal insurance.


10. Do your diamonds come with certificates?

Yes, all engagement rings and bespoke diamond rings include an independent diamond certificate (IGI for lab-grown diamonds, GIA for natural diamonds).
This confirms the stone’s authenticity, quality, and grading.


11. Do you offer consultations?

Yes, we offer personalised guidance via email and WhatsApp.
While we don’t currently offer video consultations, we provide detailed assistance throughout the design and purchasing process.


12. Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes — every order is presented in our signature luxury packaging, suitable for gifting.
