Made-to-Order Jewellery
All Clementines jewellery is crafted to order and tailored specifically to your size, preferences, and chosen design. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.
This applies to:
- custom engagement rings
- bespoke jewellery
- made-to-order fine jewellery
- rings crafted to a specific size
- pieces produced in your selected metal and diamond options
Earrings
For hygiene reasons, all earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that your jewellery arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at clementinessocial@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
We will conduct a quality assessment and arrange repair or replacement where appropriate.
Refunds are offered only if repair or replacement is not possible.
Please note: claims reported after 7 days cannot be accepted.
Quality Assurance
Every piece undergoes rigorous inspection before dispatch.
If you have concerns once your order arrives, please contact us — your satisfaction is important to us, and we will gladly assist.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- custom or bespoke jewellery
- made-to-order rings
- earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- items returned without prior approval
Order Cancellations
Because each piece is crafted individually for you, orders cannot be cancelled once materials have been sourced or production has begun.
Please ensure all details — such as ring size, metal choice, diamond preferences — are correct when placing your order.
Refund Method
Where a refund is approved (in the rare case of an irreparable fault), it will be issued to the original payment method.
