This ensures exceptional quality, precise attention to detail, and jewellery made especially for you.

Production Timelines

Catalogue Designs (All Rings on Our Website)

Most designs are crafted within 5 weeks.

This includes:

  • diamond sourcing
  • crafting
  • setting
  • polishing
  • quality checks

Bespoke Jewellery

Bespoke pieces require 8–12 weeks, depending on design complexity and stone selection.

UK Delivery

All UK orders are shipped via:

Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Working Day by 1pm)

  • fully tracked
  • signature required
  • insured as standard
  • discreet packaging

Standard Special Delivery includes compensation up to £750.
Additional insurance can be arranged for higher-value pieces upon request.

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.


International Delivery

All international orders are shipped via:

DHL Express Worldwide

  • specialist handling for jewellery

Delivery times vary by region but typically range from 2–7 working days once dispatched.

Duties & Taxes

International duties and taxes are calculated at checkout, so you won’t face unexpected charges upon delivery.
This ensures a smooth, transparent experience for all international clients.


Packaging

Every order arrives in our signature gift presentation, securely packaged for protection during transit and suitable for gifting or proposals.


Order Tracking

Once your order is completed and shipped, you will receive:

  • courier information

All parcels require a signature upon delivery.


Returns
